Help us explore long-term health benefits of time-restricted eating (TRE) and high- intensity interval training (HIIT)!

Time-restricted eating + high-intensity training can reduce fat mass and increase physical fitness in adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 27 kg/m 2 or more—even after just 7 weeks (Haganes et al., 2022). Now, we are planning a new 12-month study to investigate the health benefits of TRE combined with HIIT, and their feasibility, in the long term.

We are currently looking for participants (18–50 yrs, BMI ≥ 27 kg/m 2 ) to join a 12-month study. Participants will be randomly divided into either an intervention group (TRE+HIIT) or a control group (no intervention).
