The Exercise, Cardiometabolic Health and Reproduction (EXCAR) Research Group at NTNU focuses on developing exercise training strategies to prevent lifestyle-related diseases, with a special emphasis on reproductive-aged people.
We are involved in the following clinical trials and need your active participation in our research:
ExMilk - Exercise and breastfeeding: Effect on breast milk and the child's health
ExMilk - Training and breastfeeding: Acute effect of endurance training on breast milk composition
FitMilk - Relationship between fitness and breast milk composition
TREHIIT - Time-restricted eating and high-intensity interval training with digital follow-up
HITFLOW - Fetal well-being and blood flow distribution during high-intensity interval training
